It’s Alive!

I have been wanting to build a new website for so long but I just kept putting it off. Then in October, the company that had hosted my site for 11 years, closed it’s doors, leaving me scrambling to find a new host. In the process, I lost www.amypogue.com, but created www.amypoguephoto.com. It forced me to get serious and build the new website I knew I needed. And I Love it! It’s much easier to maintain than my last one so it’s definitely something that will be constantly changing and growing and staying current. One exciting new feature is the scheduling page, you can book your appointment right through my website—and if you’re reading this, then you know I have a Blog now! I plan on using the blog sort of like social media.

All this is new and I’m sure there will be bumps along the way. I’m just so happy it’s done and now I can just focus on shooting! There’s something new in that realm as well— I have my lighting studio set-up in Houston finally!
